Key Responsibilities
The Registered Respiratory Therapist implements and evaluates diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory services for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders. They also provide technical support for respiratory equipment and participate in the education of patients, students, and staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy and possess RRT NBRC status. Additionally, they are required to have State of Michigan licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
