Key Responsibilities
The Addiction Counselor will perform comprehensive clinical assessments and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a CASAC-T certification that is CASAC eligible. Proficiency in electronic medical records and a valid NYS driver's license are required, with bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
