Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care and facilitates the therapeutic milieu under the direction of clinical staff. They are responsible for maintaining patient safety, documenting care procedures, and managing patient behavior in a clinical environment.

Requirements

Candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and demonstrate proficiency in patient care and safety. Preferred qualifications include experience in psychiatric or chemically dependent patient care and post-high school education in a health-related field.
