Key Responsibilities
The Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant will evaluate patients, perform pre-anesthetic physical exams, and assist in the induction and maintenance of anesthesia. They will also provide advanced life support, monitor patient progress, and supervise clinical personnel in a hospital setting.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have successfully completed an accredited anesthesiologist assistant program. Current state licensure and certification from the National Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants are mandatory.
