Key Responsibilities
Provides evaluation, counseling, and therapeutic services to chemically dependent patients and their families while developing individualized treatment plans. Coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team and maintains open communication regarding patient progress and discharge planning.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Candidates must obtain relevant state certifications such as CADC, CSADC, LSW, or LCPC within two years of employment.
