Key Responsibilities

The Staff Counselor provides clinical services including triage, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention to support student mental health. They also coordinate referrals, conduct outreach programming, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team within the Health & Counseling Center.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselor Education, or Marriage and Family Therapy. A current Oregon license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) and at least one year of experience in crisis intervention and high-risk client support are required.
