Key Responsibilities
The psychiatrist will provide psychiatric consultation services to medically hospitalized patients, including diagnostic evaluations and medication management. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams and serve as the collaborating physician for onsite psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Applicants must also be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Michigan.
