Certified Nurse Midwife - Women's Health

Mosaic Life Care Women's Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our established and growing practice in St. Joseph, Missouri. Join a collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers providing comprehensive women's healthcare, including obstetric, gynecologic, and infertility services. This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery care in both the clinic and hospital settings.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing comprehensive women's health services, including prenatal care, postpartum visits, gynecologic exams, consultations, infertility care, procedures, and deliveries.

Responsibilities

Position Highlights

• Cooperative, energetic, flexible, focused, and friendly practice environment
• Join a team of 9 OB/GYN physicians and 3 APPs dedicated to comprehensive women's healthcare
• Maternal Fetal Medicine onsite for high-risk pregnancy support
• Collaboration with Children's Mercy specialists
• Comprehensive women's health services including infertility care, hormone replacement therapy, and urodynamics testing
• Primarily outpatient practice (90% outpatient / 10% inpatient)
• 3-4 clinic days per week with only two 14-hour call shifts per month
• Opportunity to perform vaginal deliveries and office-based procedures, including implanted birth control devices

Requirements

• Board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Current Missouri license preferred or ability to obtain licensure
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
