Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Location: 2211 Executive Dr., Hampton, VA (Outpatient Clinic)

Essential Responsibilities
Complete comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
Provide evidence-based interventions addressing fine-motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional participation skills.
Monitor progress and update treatment plans, goals, and recommendations as clinically appropriate.
Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies, carryover activities, and therapeutic recommendations.
Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other members of the care team.
Complete accurate, timely, and payer-compliant clinical documentation.
Maintain professional licensure, certification, and continuing-education requirements.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Active and unrestricted Virginia Occupational Therapy license.
Current NBCOT certification.
Strong communication, organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an active, unrestricted Virginia license. Current NBCOT certification and strong clinical documentation skills are also required for this role.
