Job Description

● Job Title: Full-Time CRNA

● Employment Status: 1099

● Location: Pratt, KS

● Salary: $350,000

● Shifts: FT - Daily schedule TBD

● Call: Required - beeper call from home; 1:6 with post-call day off

● Case Types: Orthopedic, Endoscopy, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/GYN, Podiatry and Urology

● Supervision Model: Autonomous

● Staffing Grid: Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, service-driven CRNA to join a CRNA-only team at a well-supported facility that offers full scope of practice and clinical autonomy. With a base compensation of $350,000 (1099) and 10 weeks off per year, this is a rare opportunity for those looking to maximize income, maintain work-life balance, and grow professionally in an independent model. Requirements

● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Kansas. (Currently, or willing to obtain)

● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in General, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, endo, ortho and podiatry cases.

● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.

● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
