Key Responsibilities
The Habilitation Counselor provides direct supervision and therapeutic interventions to youth with behavioral and emotional disorders. They are responsible for teaching activities of daily living and maintaining accurate documentation such as progress notes and incident reports.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field and possess a valid driver's license. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to attend a mandatory two-week in-person orientation in Rutland, MA.
