Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy services in a home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility and independence. Develop and implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate patient records and collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Requires an active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Texas and current CPR certification. Professional liability insurance and experience in home health or rehabilitation settings are also required.
