Key Responsibilities
The physical therapist will perform age-appropriate patient assessments, establish plans of care, and execute treatment procedures within their professional scope. They are also responsible for educating patients and families, initiating discharge planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Texas Physical Therapy license. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required prior to providing independent patient care.
