Join UW Health as a Emergency Department RN Case Manager – 4x10 Shifts in Madison, WI, US. 100% FTE, Four 10 hour shifts, 10:00am – 8:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation. You will be working onsite at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Case Manager will utilize clinical expertise to assess patient needs and facilitate appropriate discharge planning within the Emergency Department. They will ensure optimal patient care by coordinating resources and maintaining an understanding of medical necessity and level of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or a compact state. A minimum of three years of relevant clinical nursing experience is required, with a Master's degree and ACMA certification preferred.
