Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor will conduct behavior assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage a caseload of 6-8 clients. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs, monitoring clinical progress, and providing parent training to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field and possess a valid BCBA certification. At least one year of experience as a BCBA and a valid license to practice in Georgia are required.
