The Occupational Therapist is responsible for delivering therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the treatment process. They must also maintain accurate, timely documentation and supervise home health aides when necessary.
Candidates must hold a current license to practice occupational therapy and be a graduate of an ACOTE-accredited program. Additionally, they must be eligible for or have completed the NBCOT certification and possess at least one year of related clinical experience.
