About the Role
New Day Health Systems in Catonsville, MD is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Certified (LCSW-C) to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
- Connect clients with community resources and provide case management support as needed
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Active LCSW-C licensure in the state of Maryland (required)
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance use treatment settings preferred
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing
- Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
