Join UW Health as a Family Medicine NP/PA – No Call, No Weekends in Fitchburg, WI, US. Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No holidays or call.

Key Responsibilities

The provider will perform annual physical exams and manage the acute and chronic health needs of patients ranging from newborns to the elderly. Additionally, the role involves conducting telemedicine visits and performing routine clinical procedures independently.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited nursing program or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited PA program. Applicants are required to possess active state licensure, board certification, and a DEA license.
