Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within their homes. They are responsible for coordinating care, providing clinical treatment, and training caregivers to enhance patient performance.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state-issued professional license. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are also required, with pediatric and home health experience preferred.
