Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides direct patient care, conducts safety checks, and assists in crisis situations through verbal de-escalation and physical interventions. Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in human services, social work, or behavioral health is preferred, and the ability to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications is required.
