Southern California – Inland Empire
Full-Time or Part-Time
$140,000–$165,000 Base Salary + Monthly Production Bonus

DVM Focus is representing a well-established, growing small animal practice in Southern California’s Inland Empire seeking an Associate Veterinarian for either a full-time or part-time schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for a DVM who enjoys general practice, values strong team collaboration, and wants the flexibility to continue developing interests in areas such as surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and other clinical areas.
Compensation & Schedule
Base salary of $140,000–$165,000, negotiable based on experience and full-time or part-time status.
Additional compensation and scheduling highlights include:
Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual
Sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance
Full-time and part-time schedule options
Weekday scheduling with Saturday coverage
Sundays closed

What They’re Looking For
Candidates should hold a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution and have an active California veterinary license or be eligible for California licensure.
Three or more years of small animal clinical experience is preferred; new graduates will also be considered for the right fit.
