Compensation: $250,000–$400,000 annually

Rancho Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our established, fee-for-service practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values patient relationships, and is looking for a long-term practice to call home.

Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages

* Diagnose and present treatment plans that prioritize patient education and long-term oral health

* Build trusting, lasting relationships with patients

* Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional care

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

* Active dental license

* Minimum of three years of general dentistry experience (five or more years preferred)

* Excellent communication and case presentation skills

* Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry
