The BCBA will oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote supervision and in-person engagement. Responsibilities include developing individualized behavior plans, coaching behavior technicians, and conducting monthly parent training sessions.
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) capable of delivering high-quality clinical services. The role requires the ability to perform weekly in-person supervision and maintain data-driven clinical standards.
