Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision to RBTs and BTs. Collaborate with families and caregivers to monitor client progress and ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven behavioral services.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Must hold a New Jersey LBA license and have experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
