Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, recommending treatment plans, and providing respiratory care for critically ill patients. They also perform endotracheal tube procedures and provide counseling to patients and their families.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an active CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC and a current state license. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required by the start date, and ACLS certification is required upon hire.
