Job Description
Provide individual and group mental health counseling for the chronically mentally ill adult consumers living in Washington, D.C. consistent with standards established by the Department of Behavioral Health.
- Complete required documentation (encounter notes) by the end of the next business day.
- Participate with the P & G interdisciplinary team to provide mental health care recommendations for consumers.
- Consult with primary care providers and other mental health professionals as needed.
- Make appropriate referrals as needed based on clinical judgment.
- Maintain professional behavior and relationships with agency staff and referral sources.
- Attend supervision meetings and annual OSHA training as mandated by DBH.

Requirements
