Job description
Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) Location: Camden & Prescott, Arkansas Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Compensation: Approximately $75,000+ annually with additional earning potential through a productivity-based compensation structure.
Our client is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide on-site behavioral health services within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout South Arkansas.
This opportunity is ideal for therapists who are passionate about patient care and enjoy working independently while receiving strong administrative and clinical support. Providers are given an established patient caseload, credentialing assistance, ongoing training, and administrative resources, allowing them to focus on delivering quality behavioral health services rather than business development.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual counseling services to nursing home residents Treat patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams Travel between assigned facilities as needed Participate in clinical meetings and support sessions
Qualifications:
Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent independently licensed therapist Ability to work independently in facility-based environments Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working on-site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred but Not Required:
Behavioral Health experience Geriatric experience Nursing Home experience Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
