Community Residence Counselor – Intensive Diagnostic Program

Key Responsibilities

The Community Residence Counselor provides direct patient care and supports the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Program Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, documenting patient status, and communicating observations to the clinical team.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. At least one year of patient care or related experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting, is required.
