Join Chrysalis Healthcare as a Mental Health Therapist - LCSW in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We believe very strongly in the importance of having a safe place to heal from emotional trauma, and in providing high quality, evidence-based treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- $75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus bonus.
- License eligible in the state of New Mexico.
- At least three years previous counseling experience required.
