Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedic-Casual As Needed

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and managing treatment plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure functional progress. They also participate in departmental process improvement, clinical education, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
