Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate ensures patient safety and provides a supportive environment by conducting regular checks and documenting clinical information. They also assist patients with daily living activities, facilitate rehabilitative groups, and communicate observations to the nursing staff.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have six months of experience with the relevant population. CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications are required, with training provided upon hire.
