The Managing Clinical Director will serve as the primary clinical leader, overseeing associate veterinarians and driving hospital-wide performance and culture. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, managing operational KPIs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary care.
Candidates must hold a valid Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) license and possess at least two years of clinical veterinary experience. Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills are required to manage hospital workflows and team development.
