Key Responsibilities
The Music Therapist plans and implements individual and group music therapy sessions to address the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of patients. They also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and document patient progress in electronic health records.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates must obtain or hold MT-BC certification and have at least 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents.
