About the Role
Join Mass General Brigham as a Clinical Pharmacist NWH in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Interprets and evaluates medication orders prior to entry/verification
- Clinically assesses orders for dose, route, frequency, and appropriateness of medication therapy
- Monitors orders for drug interactions, adverse reactions, incompatibilities, therapeutic duplication, allergies
- Identifies, mitigates, prevents, and documents problems with medication orders or therapeutic regimens, including medication errors or adverse drug reactions
Requirements
- External The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an Accredited College/University of Pharmacy.
- Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy Licensure is required.
- 1 – 4 years clinical pharmacy experience in acute care hospital preferred
- Completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency preferred
