Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited college and hold a Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy Licensure. Preferred qualifications include 1-4 years of clinical pharmacy experience in an acute care hospital and completion of an ASHP accredited Pharmacy Residency.
