Wednesday 830-530

Responsibilities

Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implant placement and other surgical treatments within your scope of practice.

Diagnose and treat oral and facial conditions requiring surgical intervention.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, goals and overall health.

Practice at the top of your specialty with full clinical autonomy and access to the resources and support you need.

Build strong relationships with patients and referring dentists through clear communication and exceptional care.

• Educate patients and families about procedures, treatment options, risks, benefits and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with general dentists, specialists and clinical teams to support comprehensive patient care.
• Lead and support your clinical team to create a safe, efficient and patient-centered surgical environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable clinical, safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialty Certificate from an accredited program.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with referring dentists, specialists and clinical teams.

Compensation

450,000
