Job Location: Carbondale - Carbondale, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Starting Salary $62,000 Sign on Bonus! $4,000 JOB PURPOSE: To provide individual and family therapy, as indicated along with associated documentation in an Electronic Medical Record. Positions available for services to Adults, Children/Adolescents/Families or a combination of both populations. Qualifications: LPC, LCSW required Experience with children/adolescents a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and family therapy to adults, children, and adolescents. Maintain accurate clinical documentation within an Electronic Medical Record system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an LPC or LCSW license. Experience working with children and adolescents is considered a plus.
