Retirement Counselor

Key Responsibilities

The Retirement Counselor will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents, setting up and conducting community tours, and inviting prospects to activities to help them decide if the community enriches their lives. This role also involves serving as a team member to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a drive to proactively exceed sales goals, viewing the job as growing their own business, and must be passionate about the community and its values. Successful applicants require a college degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of successful relationship sales experience (preferably in retirement communities), excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation.
