Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical treatment and monitoring for individuals with serious mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary mobile team. Coordinate essential services, develop individualized service plans, and maintain detailed clinical records and Medicaid billing.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree in a Human Services related field and at least two years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness. A valid NYS driver's license and proficiency in clinical modalities like CBT and DBT are necessary.
