Pediatric Physical Therapist (Per Diem)

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized one-to-one physical therapy care for children from birth to age 21 in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of therapists to drive patient success and integrate caregivers into the treatment process.

Licensure & Certifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Requires a dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
