Key Responsibilities
The Mobile Behavioral Health Professional conducts outreach and case management to connect individuals with social and behavioral health services. They work closely with city partners to divert individuals from the criminal justice system while providing mentorship and care coordination.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess a valid driver's license. Experience in case management or drug and alcohol treatment is preferred, along with knowledge of recovery-oriented service systems.
