Key Responsibilities

Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations. Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions. Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans. Identify and respond to mental health concerns and crises. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with medical staff and correctional personnel to support continuity of care.

Qualifications Current Wisconsin license as a mental health counselor required. Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate, professional, and ethical mental healthcare.
