Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a full-time skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional care directly in patients' homes locally.
This role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to improving patients' quality of life through personalized physical therapy services.
Position Responsibilities
Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises and stretches, aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and function.
- Creating and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California.
- Valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Up-to-date BLS (CPR) / ACLS certification.
- Valid Driver's License along with auto-insurance.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of California and possess a valid CA Fingerprint Clearance Card. Additionally, applicants are required to have up-to-date BLS/ACLS certification and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
