Must Be Worker's COMP Certified or Willing to Become Certified
Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists & Occupational Therapists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem, 1099 position!
Qualifications/Education Required
- At least 1 year experience
- Therapist license and registration
- BLS from American Heart Association
- Physical and QuantiFERON within one year
- MMR Titers within 5 years
- Malpractice Insurance

Worker's Comp certification
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living
- Implement Specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition
- Developing a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required
Pay per visit
- $75 for 30 min
- $85 for 45 min
- $100 for 1 hour
