PT - Physical Therapist (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will perform initial exams and ongoing evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents. They will utilize manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Two years of experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
