Job Description
Position Highlights
* Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible
* Location: 800 W Central Rd. Arlington Heights, IL 60005

* Salary range: $318,644 - $678,246 The pay rate offered is determined within
the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not
limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties,
projected volumes, and quality performance measures
Endeavor Health is currently seeking exceptional GI Medicine physicians for
Hospitalists opportunities in our Division of Hospital Medicine for patient care
at Northwest Community Hospital.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level
* Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
Minimum Licensure Requirements
* Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum Certification Requirements
* Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
