Job description
Join Brown Medicine as a Behavioral Health Attendant – Variable Shift in Fall River, Massachusetts, United States. In each of our hospitals, the Behavioral Health Attendant role exists to maintain a safe environment for the patients to whom the Observer is assigned to constantly monitor without distraction. Patients requiring observers are those who are considered high-risk either to themselves or others.

Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Attendant is responsible for maintaining constant, unobstructed observation of high-risk patients to ensure their safety and well-being. They must report any behavioral changes to the Registered Nurse and assist with patient mobilization and daily living activities as required.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess an American Heart BLS certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, along with the ability to complete facility-provided training upon hire.
