Join Urrly as a Nurse Practitioner – In-Home Assessments, Flexible Schedule in Vancouver, Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete 6–9 in-home health assessments/day.
- Review medical history and risk factors.
- Collect vitals, labs, and screening data.
- Document findings in the EMR.
