- Richmond, VA About Us KNR Therapy provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and their families. We believe great outcomes come from strong clinical relationships, so we’re building a practice where BCBAs have the flexibility to work the way they do their best work. That can mean supervising a team of RBTs, working directly with clients, or a mix of both. Why This Role Is Different Many BCBA roles put you behind a desk managing a large caseload of RBTs. We offer more choice. Depending on your interests and strengths, you can: Lead a traditional supervision model: oversee RBTs who deliver direct services, and guide treatment through assessment, program development and supervision. Deliver services directly: spend your time hands-on with clients and families in a lower-hour, BCBA-delivered model. Do both: build a blended caseload that keeps you clinically connected while still mentoring and supervising.
