IBI CLINIC | Tampa & Hudson, Florida

About the Opportunity

IBI Clinic is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Physician Assistant (PA) - Aesthetic Injector to partner with our growing aesthetic practice across Tampa, Hudson, and future Florida locations.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity designed for an established aesthetic professional who brings strong clinical expertise, an existing patient network, and proven ability to independently attract and retain patients.

We are looking for more than an experienced injector. We want a business-minded professional who takes ownership of patient acquisition, maintains a strong social media presence, and actively contributes to the growth of aesthetic services.

The ideal candidate combines excellent clinical outcomes with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently within applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other approved aesthetic treatments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals, clinical assessments, and safety standards.
  • Maintain expertise in facial anatomy, advanced injection techniques, contraindications, and complication management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, informed consent, and appropriate patient follow-up.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable Florida licensing, supervision, and professional practice requirements.

2. INDEPENDENT PATIENT ACQUISITION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Independently develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of aesthetic patients.
  • Leverage an established professional network, patient referrals, and approved marketing channels to generate new consultations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to convert qualified patient inquiries into consultations and appropriate treatments.
  • Develop strategies to improve patient retention, repeat treatments, and referral generation.
  • Identify opportunities to expand aesthetic services and increase market visibility.
  • Track patient acquisition, consultation conversion, treatment volume, and revenue contribution.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA & PROFESSIONAL BRANDING

  • Maintain an active, professional social media presence that demonstrates aesthetic expertise and builds patient trust.
  • Independently develop educational and promotional content to generate awareness and qualified patient inquiries.
  • Showcase approved treatment outcomes, educational insights, and aesthetic services while maintaining patient privacy and consent.
  • Collaborate with IBI Clinic's marketing team on mutually agreed campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Demonstrate measurable results from social media activities, including inquiries, consultations, and patient acquisition.
  • Comply with applicable HIPAA, advertising, and professional standards.

4. PATIENT EXPERIENCE & RETENTION

  • Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional clinical care, communication, and consistent treatment outcomes.
  • Provide personalized consultations and ethical, clinically appropriate treatment recommendations.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
  • Maintain professional follow-through on patient concerns and post-treatment needs.
  • Support patient retention and referrals through high-quality service and clinical outcomes.

5. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Independently manage agreed professional responsibilities and deliverables under the contractor agreement.
  • Coordinate treatment availability and patient scheduling with IBI Clinic based on mutually agreed arrangements.
  • Maintain required professional licenses, certifications, and insurance coverage as specified in the agreement.
  • Provide appropriate documentation of services performed and agreed performance metrics.
  • Maintain professional accountability for clinical quality, patient safety, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with clinical leadership while maintaining the independent business relationship established under the agreement.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida Physician Assistant license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience administering aesthetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, patient safety, and complication management.
  • Proven ability to independently acquire and retain aesthetic patients.
  • Established professional network or demonstrated success generating patients through referrals, social media, or independent marketing.
  • Strong social media proficiency, including content creation, patient engagement, and professional branding.
  • Excellent consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to provide services across Tampa, Hudson, and future Florida locations as mutually agreed.
  • Ability to meet applicable licensing, professional liability insurance, and contractual requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of aesthetic injectable experience.
  • Existing aesthetic patient following or established referral network within the Tampa Bay or Hudson market.
  • Experience operating as an independent contractor or managing an aesthetic practice.
  • Demonstrated history of independently generating patient consultations and treatment revenue.
  • Strong social media portfolio with measurable patient acquisition results.
  • Experience with advanced facial aesthetic treatments and combination treatment planning.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic practice operations, patient retention strategies, and business development.
