Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services by assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs. They also participate in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. A Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist and AHA Basic Life Support certification are required.
